I have a Creality CR Start. Creality is a pretty good brand for 3D printers and they are quite affordable compared to some other brands. I would recommend one of the CR models, they have the CR Start, Ender 3 V2, and Ender 3 Pro. All are very similar and have similar price points, they just may have a few different parts here and there or minor upgrades. I believe the Ender 3 Pro is actually the cheapest and in my opinion it is actually the best for just hobby printing.
I am a big fan of TinkerCAD.com, TinkerCAD is online and accessible from any computer, you just create a free login account. can be used to make more organic shapes instead of mainly shapes. The printer itself will come with the firmware for the printer to interact with a slicer software and for that I recommend Cura. Cura is open them in the slicer software,
